BGA Visiting Pilots
Visiting BGA pilots wishing to fly at DGC as PIC must provide the following:
- Licensing: SPL License
- Medical: PMD, medical certificate, or approved equivalent
- Instructors: Evidence of DOA & FI seminars
- Recency: Logbook evidence for SPL/BI(S)/FI(S) (Hard copy required)
Make a Booking
The first time you use the system you need to register and confirm your email address, then log in with your chosen password to make a booking.
Booking requires you to specify arrival & departure dates, gliders being brought and names/emails of accompanying pilots. You may subsequently amend bookings as required.
Visitors bringing their own gliders should book these in using our on-line system by clicking the button below.

1. Book your Visit
If bringing a glider, register and book via the online system. If you are joining someone else’s glider, simply have them add your name/email to their existing booking.
2. Update your details
Once approved, follow the email link to complete or update your membership form, including your flying experience and previous visit history.
3. Join WhatsApp Group
Provide a mobile number as your primary contact to receive essential briefings and updates during your stay.
Accommodation
There are plenty of Bed and Breakfast and self catering accommodation in the immediate area.
