Visitors bringing their own gliders should book these in using our on-line system by clicking the button below. The first time you use the system you need to register and confirm your email address, then log in with your chosen password to make a booking. Booking requires you to specify arrival & departure dates, gliders being brought and names/emails of accompanying pilots. You may subsequently amend bookings as required.

If you are not bringing a glider and will be flying one booked by someone else, please do not click the button below, but ask the person who booked the glider to add you as a pilot.

Once your booking is approved, all pilots listed will be sent an email requesting them to complete an online membership form and provide details of total & recent gliding experience and previous visits to Aboyne. If you have previously completed a form, please check the information we hold and update as necessary. Please provide a mobile as your primary phone number if possible as we will assign you to a WhatsApp group for your visit and use this to distribute briefing information during your visit.
